Poor communication

Skid plate is great, communication is lacking. Ordered several Beta parts, some shipped early while the skid plate followed by a several weeks. I didn’t have an issue about the skid plate taking more time, but there was no communication on when/if it would ship. After a few weeks I sent an email asking for a status-no reply. Sent another email the next week-no reply. Sierra dropped the ball on customer service this time around.
