Gears a great, I paid $32 for 2 day shipping and then waited 4 weeks for delivery......
Your policy states that you can change shipping at your discretion and I understand that but if you offer expedited shipping for a certain cost and you choose not to ship that way then you should reimburse shipping costs.

In my opinion. When company’s take 6 months to ship an item they didn’t have that they said they did, they should send an email making sure you need it before shipping and do the honest thing and give the consumer the option to give the credit back as I already bought one.
I usually am more pro active to cancel but forgot about this one and it just showed up. Haha
