Lower fan operating temperature as advertised!

My fan switch was not operating at the correct temperature anymore and this one not only operates as advertised but lowered set point a bit for cooler operation. Only thing is when tightened the spade connectors didn't line up in the proper side to side orientation. Ended up top and bottom neccessatating a short jumper to make one of the fan connections. There is no play in the standard fan wiring. Not a big deal just something to be aware of. A thicker or thinner sealing washer would correct the problem but the wire jumper seemed an easier solution.
