I installed this on my 23 430rr and the fan won't kick on. It didn't come with the thermostatic switch that screws into the radiator, so I'm thinking that's the problem. I had read somewhere that the 23 models don't need that switch, but I'm not sure why the fan won't come on. If someone would respond, that would be nice.
