Acerbis Beta (20-) Front Fender Red

Fender was of poor quality. Had white stress marks all over the fender upon arrival. Not a single piece of packing material inside the box to protect item and box was half open with the tape missing on one side of the box. The plastic molding of the fender was subpar at best with seemingly unfinished underside of fender near where it attaches to the bike that had a lot of left over plastic protruding not leaving a smooth surface whatsoever. Not to mention the two emails, with pictures, i sent to sierra BMW explaining the situation and then the need to return the item that i never got a response to either email. After a phone call i finally was able to arrange a return. I learned you, sierra bmw motorcycle, does not cover the return cost or send a label. Paid $71 dollars via UPS for basic ground which was over double the original price of the fender itself. This was the cheapest way to ship back after checking with fedex and USPS. Waiting on a my oem replacement from you guys which i still have to cover the difference in prices.
