SAD but TRUE

Shirt is awesome. Anything BETA is awesome. I was however really disappointed in how your sales vs shipping timelines work. This has happened numerous times with different products. One of which was a Jet kit that I needed asap and paid almost just as much in overnight shipping as I did for the kit. When I called 2 days later asking where my package was you said "oh it's on backorder, should be in, in a week or 2."Sure you refunded my overnight shipping fees but I wasn't able to ride for 2 weeks. And then to add the cherry on top you sent me the kit for the RR & RR Pro when I ordered an Xtrainer specific kit. It just sucks that this is what all retailers are like nowadays whether it's online or in person. Customer service has completely disappeared.

Great tool

Haven’t had to use yet but I still give it 5 stars because it’s a simple tool and should work great. I like the fact that it won’t let chain tighten when I go to tighten it all back up like sometimes happens without it. Great idea and I’m sure I could use something else for cheaper but this is a easy way and worth the money for me.

Missing parts! Did not get what I paid for.

The water pump rebuild kit did not come with the oil seal that it shows in the photo. I emailed and called SMS and did not get a reply. I was forced to buy an oil seal from another supplier in order to get my bike back up and running.

The cover looked great but it was the wrong application

The cover looked great but it was the wrong application. It didn’t fit and it cost me 20$ to send it back.😑
