The Factory Fatty is reminiscent of the "works" or cone pipe once used by Factory Teams. It shares many of the same characteristics with its craftsmanship and material quality. FMF has usually been top notch stuff for me, but I am kind of disappointed with the quality of the pipe. The welds are horrible on all of the seams. Lots of undercut and they didn't even bother cleaning off the spatter/ bb's. Very frustrating for the amount of money they charge. The quality control is non- existent. As far as performance I cannot rate it until I actually go ride.
