Never Received My Items - Don't Trust Them - No Money Return Either
Never received the items, and now I don't have time because I am traveling. I have been emailing the company while on my motorcycle trip, like I didn't have anything else to do. A waste of time and lost money. Don't trust Sierra and UPS.
Not what I ordered. The hats that I received were red and white, like an old 80's trucker hat. The hats I ordered were blue, with a Velcro strap and embroidered Beta logo exactly as shown in the picture that was attached with this email I am responding to asking for a review on my shipment. I had emailed Sierra previously with a picture of the hats that I received and never received a response over a week ago. I am uncertain why they would even send the hats I received since they are not even close to what I ordered.
