This is our "Original Design" tie-down developed for the Motorcycle Industry in 1994. The Powertye Soft-Tye is sewn-in so you won't lose it. This product is ideal for thicker Pro-Bars or a tight area not suitable for hooks. The Latch Hook on the adjustable end keeps your bike from falling over.
